Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using this platform. By registering an account or playing on bdtk3 vip, you confirm that you accept all of these terms.
Bdtk3 vip is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving primarily users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdtk3 vip website, mobile app, and all related services.
In these Terms, "we", "us", or "the platform" refers to bdtk3 vip. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any individual who has created an account on or is using the services of bdtk3 vip.
Although our Terms are published in Bengali, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text for legal interpretation. In the event of any dispute, bdtk3 vip's decision will be final.
To create an account on bdtk3 vip, you must register with accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms, and bdtk3 vip reserves the right to terminate such accounts.
Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts and their balances will be forfeited. If two members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or network, bdtk3 vip must be notified in advance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any security breach or unauthorized access must be reported to the bdtk3 vip support team immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to register on bdtk3 vip. You are required to confirm at the time of registration that you meet this age requirement. bdtk3 vip may request identity verification documents at any time.
Any person under the age of 18 who opens an account using false information will have their account immediately closed and all balances forfeited. bdtk3 vip is committed to protecting minors.
Bdtk3 vip currently supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If a delay occurs due to a technical issue, please contact the support team with your transaction ID.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit or a method registered to your account.
Deposited funds cannot be refunded directly — withdrawals are only possible once funds have been credited to your gaming account. bdtk3 vip does not charge any transaction fees, though charges from your payment provider may apply.
Bdtk3 vip regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting any bonus.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (WR) — meaning you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, if a BDT 1,000 bonus carries a 20x WR, you must wager BDT 20,000 before making a withdrawal.
All games on bdtk3 vip operate using internationally recognized RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every game outcome is completely fair and random.
Bdtk3 vip monitors all irregular betting patterns. If a member exploits system vulnerabilities to gain winnings, those winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
Bdtk3 vip firmly believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
For more information, please visit our Responsible Play Visit the page. Our support team is always available if you need any assistance.
All bdtk3 vip members are required to treat one another with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other members or staff is strictly prohibited.
Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice. Legal action may be taken if warranted.
Bdtk3 vip treats the protection of your personal information as its top priority. We secure all data transmissions using SSL encryption. Your information is never sold to third parties.
Your information is used solely for the following purposes: account management, payment processing, service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy Read.
You may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.
If bdtk3 vip initiates an account closure for reasons other than a rule violation, any remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days. If the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
Bdtk3 vip reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or platform notification.
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed.
If you have any questions or complaints regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact our support team. We are available 24/7.
Bdtk3 vip reviews all complaints seriously and works toward a fair resolution. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you have the right to approach an independent mediation body.
